Refund Policy

At RADS Company, we are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences for all
participants. Please review our refund policy carefully before registering for any course.
1. Cancellation by Participant
More than 30 days before the course start date:
A full refund will be issued, minus a 10% administrative fee.
15–30 days before the course start date:
A 50% refund of the total course fee will be provided.
Less than 15 days before the course start date:
No refunds will be issued.
2. No-Show Policy
Participants who fail to attend the course without prior written notice will not be eligible for
any refund or course transfer.
3. Course Cancellation by Organizer
If the course is canceled or rescheduled by RADS Company due to unforeseen circumstances
(e.g., speaker unavailability, venue issues, or force majeure), participants will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer registration to the new date or another upcoming course.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a written request and
will be issued using the same payment method used during registration.

في حال عدم حضور المشارك للدورة دون إشعار كتابي مسبق، لا يحق له استرجاع الرسوم أو تحويل التسجيل إلى دورة
أخرى.
3. إلغاء الدورة من قبل المنظم
في حال عدم حضور المشارك للدورة دون إشعار كتابي مسبق، لا يحق له استرجاع الرسوم أو تحويل التسجيل إلى دورة
أخرى.
استرجاع كامل المبلغ، أو
نقل التسجيل إلى الموعد الجديد أو إلى دورة قادمة أخرى
4. معالجة طلبات الاسترجاع
يتم معالجة طلبات الاسترجاع المعتمدة خلال 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ استلام الطلب الخطي، ويتم رد المبلغ باستخدام نفس
وسيلة الدفع التي تم استخدامها عند التسجيل.
